FAQs

Common Questions

Full representation covers: initial case assessment, all drafting work (pleadings, applications, affidavits), court appearances on every hearing date, arguments on your behalf, witness examination, document management, interim applications, and post-judgment execution or appeal if needed.
Typically, there's a retainer fee at engagement, appearance fees for each court date, and separate charges for major events (final arguments, cross-examination). Some matters may have a lump-sum arrangement. We provide complete fee structure in the engagement letter with no hidden charges.
Yes, you have the right to change your advocate at any time. You'll need to pay dues for work already done and obtain your case documents. A new vakalatnama will be filed. However, frequent changes are not advisable as it affects case continuity.
We provide: immediate updates after each court hearing, copies of all filed documents, advance intimation of hearing dates, strategic consultations before important hearings, and periodic case review meetings. You can also call us anytime for updates.
If the judgment is adverse and appealable, we advise you on the merits of appeal. Appeal is a separate engagement with its own fee structure. We can handle appeals in Higher Courts or coordinate with senior counsel for Supreme Court matters if needed.
Yes, for matters in other cities or states, we coordinate with local counsel for appearances while managing the case strategy. For important hearings, our advocates can travel. This ensures you get consistent representation regardless of where your case is pending.
